Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control

We use ConnectWise Control to immediately access user computers to provide timely support.

Pros

  • It provides for a simple easy connection with the remote computer.
  • It has a number of tools that help with troubleshooting.

Cons

  • There isn't much that needs to be improved. Perhaps a simpler, more streamlined interface.
  • Quickly able to support users no matter where they are located which makes us more efficient.
ConnectWise is easier to maintain and manage.
Providing support for users.
