Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control

I use it to provide support to clients. It saves an incredible amount of time for both myself and the person receiving support. I find it very reliable and it doesn't let me down. It's very easy to setup and use.

Pros

  • ConnectWise very easy to setup and use.
  • IT's very reliable and doesn't experience much down time.

Cons

  • The pricing structure could be worked on. But I think it is continually being examined and changed to meet market demands.
  • Technicians are able to remotely serve clients fast and effectively.
ConnectWise is appropriate in challenging environments that need connectivity monitoring.
