Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

We use ConnectWise Control to provide remote support to the teachers in our school. ConnectWise Control allows faster support for small issues that do not require physical presence or support when physical presence is not possible.

Pros

  • As a remote access tool, it is quick and simple to use
  • The connection is established quickly, the quality of connection is great, and quite stable
  • The tools provided to use in a remote access session are solid - they all work, unlike some other tools.

Cons

  • None
  • Faster support for small issues
  • Less travel time for technicians
We don't use LabTech, ConnectWise Control did not replace any products, it was a first and only choice
I use ConnectWise Control when the problem can be solved faster than I can walk to a classroom or office, also for remote support when I'm not in the building.
