Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
Used by IT to support end users, and used by users for meetings.
- Support connection from anywhere with an internet connection.
- Pretty good insight into clients
- Affordable
- There is some room for added functionality with endpoints with the client installed.
- There is where Connectwise Control shines... There are VERY affordable and offer a ton of "bang for the buck"
- GoToMeeting and Join.me
Once you get the client installed Connectwise Control just works... Upgrades have been super easy and the service has been good as well.
