Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

Used by IT to support end users, and used by users for meetings.

Pros

  • Support connection from anywhere with an internet connection.
  • Pretty good insight into clients
  • Affordable

Cons

  • There is some room for added functionality with endpoints with the client installed.
  • There is where Connectwise Control shines... There are VERY affordable and offer a ton of "bang for the buck"
Once you get the client installed Connectwise Control just works... Upgrades have been super easy and the service has been good as well.
Works great for remote IT support.. Has pretty good functionality built in without the need to do much configuring.
