Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

It is used for helpdesk internally, also with our clients. We use the Freshservice integration to initiate support sessions.

  • traverse NAT
  • Simple user experience
  • Some user dialogs are confusing
  • Increased efficiency of technicians
  • Pleasant user experience
LogMeIn doesn't have cross platform support
Very well suited for remote support, tech support, troubleshooting.

If you are looking for team communication tool, skype or hangouts is better.
