Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

We use it to connect to servers and perform remote desktop support. We like the ability to control the way ScreenConnect interacts with client computers. We would like more third-party support in the app store. Deploying scripts should be an easier task. The command line function should also be a little more thought out by the ConnectWise dev team.

Pros

  • ScreenConnect does well at connecting to many different OSs
  • The ability to customize the way end users interact with ScreenConnect

Cons

  • Better third-party support
  • Needs a better option for deploying scripts
  • WE NEED A BETTER MOBILE APP!
  • We have increased efficiency
The other options are either too expensive or do not have the right tools to accompany them.
It's nice to control a complete site in a matter of a few clicks.
