Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

ConnectWise Control is used to provide remote support small and medium-sized business clients. I have used other software solutions but found problems with them. ConnectWise Control just works when you need it. I haven't had any problems with connections. What more could you want?
  • I have found that it still works well on connections which are struggling with low bandwidth, whereas some other products have struggled in the same situation.
  • It enables you to have temporary connections which are able to reboot the PC and reconnect, so it's good for one-off support situations.
  • It enables you to have install connections for existing clients where you can connect without them having to do anything.
  • Maybe a couple of more concurrent connections on the standard package
  • Anything can always be cheaper :)
  • Reliability connecting to remote sessions
  • It just works
In any IT support enviorment.
