Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
Effective and easy to use. Used for Training sessions and giving product demos to clients from remote places. Record demos and send to the clients and others. I can use any device that can be connected. I can give remote support, gain remote access and run remote meetings. It's made it easy to solve problems whenever required urgently without being available personally. Sometimes we need to do multi-site sessions and ConnectWise Control is able to handle it very easily.
- Remote Control Access makes it a very effective tool to use.
- The support and product have been outstanding. Ease of options for customers.
- Low budget software.
- Record sessions and send it to clients so that they can see anytime they want.
- The admin area UI needs to be updated. Difficult to use in this section. It's not intuitive where you need to do things.
- Software is buggy. sometimes laptop gets fuzzy.
- Clients are happy about the training sessions of our product. More connection with a client means more ROI.
- Clients can ask any question and we can provide support with a minute of the ConnectWise session.
