Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
We use this software to connect remotely with our equipment in the field. It is fast and dependable, it always works, and the interface customization to your business is amazing. I can't say enough good things about this software and its features.

- Ability to chat and draw on the screen as well as share your screen with partners
- Easy to use interface and ability to add features to work with your company software
- Would like video chat to be a permanent option
- Would like to interface with Salesforce
- It has increased the efficiency of the techs here and their ability to connect to partners who do not normally have means for us to connect
- Decreased the amount of time we spend on each call
- Decreased the loss of connection we were experiencing with our old software
This product is way better it is highly customizable and works a lot better.
