Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

We use it for providing IT support to all subcompanies. Managing to solve their daily issues and monitor any potential network problems.
  • stable
  • speedy
  • convenient
  • connection could be quicker, like it is on TeamViewer
  • hard to uninstall agents (it may still reconnect after sending out uninstall command)
  • reduces many onsite visit costs
  • improved our availability time
cheaper, central management, group management are much better than those procucts.
We have many sub-companies, so group management is perfect. Colleagues can join us to do projects together. Employees can use a support session for troubleshooting.
