Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
We use it for providing IT support to all subcompanies. Managing to solve their daily issues and monitor any potential network problems.
- stable
- speedy
- convenient
- connection could be quicker, like it is on TeamViewer
- hard to uninstall agents (it may still reconnect after sending out uninstall command)
- reduces many onsite visit costs
- improved our availability time
cheaper, central management, group management are much better than those procucts.
