Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
I am an IT consultant and use ConnectWise Control as my exclusive remote control software.
- The ability to push commands without interrupting the client is amazing.
- The "toolbox" that allows for easy access to my favorite utilities is a must!
- The built in recording option is very helpful for compliance!
- None that I can think of.
- It's been positive to reduce drive time to clients as I can often resolve their issues remotely.
This is much better and smoother.
