Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
We use it to connect to client PCs which allows us to access equipment that may need servicing.
- Connects fast
- Easy to manage users and computers
- Cost effective
- Better administration controls
- Would like to see option to select which screens to view when there are more than 2 monitors
- Saves us money by not having to send out an expensive tech when our equipment is having issues and we can handle it remotely.
We used to use TeamViewer but switched because of pricing and ease of use.
