Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
I'm currently using ConnectWise Control to maintain software on a variety of models of PCs which are not on a domain. ConnectWise Control is vastly superior to the product we were previously using (and MUCH more reasonably priced). I would recommend it to someone looking for an easy and powerful remote desktop tool which won't break the bank.
- Easy to deploy
- Great performance over slower internet connections
- Excellent features such as file uploads/downloads and the ability to run scripts.
- The ability to connect to a mobile device would be a huge feature.
- We've gone from spending hours updating software on our remote PC to minutes. It has paid for itself many times over.
In my opinion, TeamViewer is overpriced and does not work as well as ScreenConnect, has a smaller footprint and does not require an install on the console.
