Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
We are a software consulting company. We use ConnectWise to support our customers. I frequently screen share to solve customer issues. We also have unattended hosts on some customer computers to facilitate efficient service.
- Unattended Host. Easy to install and implement.
- Screen sharing is simple for our customer to connect.
- Meetings with multiple people in remote locations are simple.
- The user interface is intuitive. Little or no training is needed to get started.
- I wish there was an easier way to change screens or see both screens when connected to a computer that has multiple monitors.
- The connection time and the ease of use from both the customer and my perspective.
Easier to use. Better value.
