Overall Satisfaction with Constant Contact
We use Constant Contact for all of our e-communications to the Congregation - from bi-weekly e-newsletters, school updates, invites, and notices.
- We utilize the templates, making our job much easier.
- It's relatively easy to use and is intuitive.
- Ability to upload mailing lists.
- Storing old emails and accessing is a bit monotonous.
- Storage of pictures/images is a bit clunky.
- Limited ability to play with fonts and layout of templates.
- It's been easy to send to members, and allows us to easily see the click through rate and read rate.
We have only used this program for e-communications. We were originally using FrontPage, but one would have to be a programmer to utilize the functions, which we are not.
