Constant Contact was an incredible asset of our company's Investor Relations / Marketing team. It's ease of use and reporting capabilities really impressed not only me, as the main user, but the entire company up to our CEO. Being able to send mass e-mails quickly was integral in servicing our investors, especially around tax reporting time when we had to alert them documents were available to them and linking them to correct website to access them. Then, when we could watch who clicked through and who didn't, we were able to complete proper follow ups, maximizing the use of our time without having to make follow up calls to everyone. I highly recommend ConstantContact!
The best advice I would provide a colleague or vendor is to make sure whatever data you are importing into ConstantContact is correct; editing within the site is easy, but if you make sure everything is correct on the Excel side, you can eliminate the need for double entry (i.e. correcting someone's e-mail address on ConstantContact and then correcting it in the original Excel spreadsheet as well).


I think the overall support for Constant Contact has always been incredible; I have nothing negative to say. Our customer support representative was attentive, easy to understand, and very knowledgeable. I never felt like I wasn't a priority of his and my issues, while very small, were fixed in a very short time frame.

Quick Initial Response
No - We were satisfied with initial customer support to not have to escalate it to the premium support. Our representative was always available, very attentive, and responsive with helpful advice. Because of how easy the website is set up, we didn't have to contact customer support very often (average once every quarter) and it was always quickly resolved.
A time when my Constant Contact service representative provided me with exceptional support was when I first started using the program. We wanted the e-mail to look very similar to how a typical Outlook message looked, but to include our company's logo. He walked me through his suggestions and we were able to set this up quickly and easily while saving as a template for future use.


I consider myself a fairly quick learner, so I adjusted to the Constant Contact's website easily without much training or walk through necessary. I was quickly marked our company's Constant Contact expert and as I recommended different ways our company could utilize the site, my bosses were very excited. They were extremely impressed by the site and its reasonable prices.
