Overall Satisfaction with Conversica

We use it for email blasts and to answer direct contacts. It is like having your own personal assistant - saving companies money rather than having to hire another head.

Pros

  • Great at responding to inquiries
  • Good for email blasts, specifically to drive interest for events
  • Allows me not to worry about little things, since it takes care of them for me

Cons

  • No issues at this point
  • It helps because you don't have to hire another person, and conversica can work 24/7 being available at all times to respond.
Groove. It's not really a competitor, they both work and I have no issues with either.
It's great when you're trying to drive attendance to a large event, and reaching out to the masses because it can provide a personal response to everyone which you would not be able to personally do.
