Overall Satisfaction with Conversica
We use it for email blasts and to answer direct contacts. It is like having your own personal assistant - saving companies money rather than having to hire another head.
Pros
- Great at responding to inquiries
- Good for email blasts, specifically to drive interest for events
- Allows me not to worry about little things, since it takes care of them for me
Cons
- No issues at this point
- It helps because you don't have to hire another person, and conversica can work 24/7 being available at all times to respond.
Groove. It's not really a competitor, they both work and I have no issues with either.
