Overall Satisfaction with Conversica

Conversica has been instrumental in helping us to nurture and qualify prospects that enter our CRM by doing much of the heavy lifting on the front end of our sales process. With our prospect outreach goals in place, we have been able to use Conversica technology to increase engagement with prospects without having to compromise the all important human element.
  • Establish personable and relevant conversations that create a high level of response from prospects.
  • Smart technology that recognizes responses from prospects and when to end a conversation and transition these prospects over to the representative.
  • Detailed daily reports that keep you well informed about prospect engagement and lead status.
  • More of an effort made to continue reaching out to prospects that do not initially respond.
  • It would be helpful if there was a last ("goodbye") response that ended engagement with a prospect that is not interested.
  • More efficient lead conversion
Well suited for scenarios that demand multiple outreach efforts to a large population.
