Overall Satisfaction with Copper
I use it to keep track of my customers so I can take care of them. I use a lot of features in Copper, primarily the task lists and also with reminders of contacts. I dont really use the automation features, however, I really enjoy the UI of Copper and I know that if I ever do use these features, I will be well taken care of.

- Automation with Microsoft Excel
- having a better search bar
- making new users more informed. Easier to use right off the bat
- really good lead management converts into sales
- low cost, very positive
- easy to implement
- Basecamp and monday CRM
Copper is less confusing for me! It doesn't have anything flashy, it just has a great way to manage my leads and remind me of things I need to do when I need it most.
