Overall Satisfaction with Copper
I use it as the head of business development at our agency. It's a great tool for us to manage our clients, prospects, and warm leads, as well as a way to remember to regularly communicate with this group on a frequent but not annoyingly often cadence. I also export entries from the database for use in physical mailings as we do client gifting.

- zoominfo like tools to get contact info for potential leads you might not have the details for yet
- helps us manage and group opportunities which helps me report on biz dev efforts
- assists with our holiday gifting as we can sort entries based on existing client, consultant, lead, etc., adding accuracy and saving time
- shows me follow up opportunities i might not have otherwise realized, leading to potential client wins
