We use Cornerstone OnDemand for our Performance Management System and Learning Management System, as well as Content Anytime to enrich our educational opportunities for employees. Performance Check-Ins supports our rating-less continuous performance feedback process, and allows employees and managers a simple way to stay on track and connected with each other in achieving goals and progress. The LMS and Content Anytime allows us to support the high expectations for our continuous learning environment in developing strong, savvy, emotionally and culturally intelligent employees.
