Overall Satisfaction with CoSchedule Marketing Suite

We use CoSchedule Marketing Suite to more efficiently and more effectively schedule out and requeue promos for our content marketing and social media efforts.

That includes the slating out posts themselves, using the tool to optimize posting days/times, and setting up requeue posts on prior content to help it get a lift.

Pros

  • Best time to post is great at updating to when we get the most engagement by platform
  • Requeue tool to slate out additional posts for a given piece of content is a huge time saver
  • Aggregate analytics tool shows us a peek across our posts on a given platform that's actually easier to read than the platform itself

Cons

  • Not CoSchedule's fault, but it was frustrating when they lost the ability to schedule on Twitter/X (when X removed API integrations) and prior to the Threads API being available
  • It would be great to have an option that allows for multiple users that is discounted based one each one you add
  • We are a lean marketing team and this has made it possible to be much more efficient in content marketing promotion
  • The tool has functionality that helps us optimize when we post to increase engagement
  • The tool has functionality that helps us promote content more often for higher frequency to combat some of the hit or miss algorithm impacts on brand pages
The interface is very intuitive, from setting up social profiles, to posting, to tags, to optimizing for best day/time to post.

It's super easy to scan the aggregate analytics. The calendar is very easy to grok at a glance, and the more advanced functionality is intuitive to set up.
Hootsuite has gotten soooooo expensive in relation to the functionality it provides. The value is just not there compared to when prices were lower for SMBs.

In contrast, CoSchedule Marketing Suite provides huge value for the price and the tiered pricing based on users, number of social accounts, etc. is very reasonable.

The all around ease of use across functionality stands out compared to other tools offering similar functions. And the pricing is also much more reasonable that some of the behemoths.

All-around great social scheduler, and not clunky.
