Overall Satisfaction with Coupa

We use Coupa for the internal purchasing process. In the past, I also used it to submit expenses.

Pros

  • The mobile app is great!
  • The user interface is intuitive

Cons

  • While the mobile app is super convenient, it can be a little laggy.
  • Greater individual employee efficiency
  • Great organizational efficiency
Coupa and Concur seem equally well-suited for expense tracking.
Coupa seemed ideally suited for expense tracking/reporting, and is equally useful for tracking company purchasing.
