Overall Satisfaction with CrowdCompass
We use it to provide our participants with an event mobile app, allowing us to send important reminder via push notifications. It eliminates/minimizes the need for paper copies of the information, allowing our events to be more "green".
- Push notifications are very easy to set up
- Easy to use for participants
- Personalized departure notice notifications, it may exist already within the app but if so it's not clear where!
- This question is beyond the scope of my role.
Well at this time it's a moot point as Cvent has purchased DoubleDutch, very excited to see how that transition works!
