Overall Satisfaction with CrowdCompass
We used the app for our company user conference. It was used for scheduling, sending event alerts and reminders, communicating with attendees, and posting event content.
Pros
- Fairly good in-app communication platform.
- Look and feel was good and on-brand.
- Good that it syncs with your LinkedIn profile.
Cons
- The sign-in process didn't work for a strangely large number of our users/attendees. Had to have the app admin sign us in on the backend.
- It's link to Cvent. We had a lot of operational difficulties with using Cvent.
- We have a good ROI from our event in general, but I don't believe that it is directly linked to our use of CrowdCompass.
There are likely some great competing products out there, but the decision-makers for this project didn't really evaluate any others because they had experience using Cvent in the past and didn't want to change.
