Overall Satisfaction with CrowdCompass
Our department uses CrowdCompass for all of our North America regional Professional Development events and our annual global conference. By having information readily available for participants on a very straightforward app, we're cutting our use of paper collateral in an effort to be more sustainable. We're also able to communicate with attendees in a more timely manner.
Pros
- Push notifications provide fast dissemination of information.
- Scheduling is straightforward and legible.
- Compatible on at least 2 mobile operating systems and has a web view, perfect for everyone.
Cons
- Invitation emails can be confusing
- Re-sending invitation emails is a bit of a hassle
- Layout could be better
- Cut printing costs
- Provided greater sponsorship opportunities
- Overall attendee satisfaction has gone up
