Overall Satisfaction with Culture Amp

We use Culture Amp across the entire company on a quarterly basis to assess how our culture/happiness is... and then we also use the exit interview tool for any employee who is departing our organization. As a CEO, I use CultureAmp to:
  • assess if there is a problem on a specific team (maybe with a manager, or morale, or something else)
  • decide which areas of the company culture to prioritize our focus on improving
  • understand where we're excelling
  • Easy to understand where you're improving (or failing) in culture among your employees, like manager-quality or salaries, etc
  • Anonymous comments allow you to really get color on problems that employees point out
  • It's very easy to use -- the admin side AND user side is so user-friendly
  • benchmarking against other companies of our size is very helpful (and of course, against ourselves)
  • I wish the anonymous comments would show which team someone is on, which would add a lot more color
  • Benchmarking against ourselves and others of our size
  • Anonymity & security
  • Our culture has gotten so much better as a DIRECT RESULT of CultureAmp
  • And therefore, our turnover has improved SO much as a result of CultureAmp
We havent looked at anything else since buying cultureamp 4 years ago because it is that good

Well suited:
  • Companies with more than 15 employees
  • Companies where someone is really focused on improving culture. You don't want to just see problems and not do anything about it.
  • Companies where they're transparent about problems and opportunities
Less appropriate:
  • Companies with 15 or fewer employees
