Overall Satisfaction with Culture Amp

We use Culture Amp to do our bi-annual Employee Voice Survey. It's is being used company wide, and is a key input for evaluating employee NPS and manager NPS.

Pros

  • The Slack integration is great
  • Very customizable
  • Automated send/reminders

Cons

  • Some quirks in the HRIS integration
  • We wish we had a better mechanism to track employee NPS
  • We'd love additional help in self-service reporting
  • Since implementing Culture Amp, our employees take their eNPS very serious and always want to improve!
  • Rich qualitative and quantitative data to inform action plans
Culture Amp is great for employee surveys for both small and large companies. That said, it is not robust enough to house our entire performance review process.

Culture Amp is a great tool for employee surveys, and has been able to scale with us for 5+ years. It's customizable and helps provide rich data on how employees are feeling so that we can continue to use that feedback to improving our company culture quarter over quarter.
