My All-time Favorite Email Marketing Software.
Overall Satisfaction with Customer.io
We use it for all things email marketing. If I’ve to list, these are the things I use CustomerIO for: - email marketing sequences - weekly newsletters - transactional emails - lead nurturing campaigns - audience segmentation and retargeting - tracking app activity and segmenting users - and others.
Pros
- I really like its new feature where AI provides suggestions about the email.
- New drag-and-drop email editor is much better compared to its traditional.
- I really enjoy segmenting users. It really helps us with purchase and activity tracking.
- Recommended send time feature is also a great addition.
Cons
- I would love to see some more font options. I wanted to have the fonts that we use on our website for the email as well, but it doesn't have that option.
- Integrating web forms can be a pain sometimes, but its also not a major drawback.
- No evident suggestions as such, it's been good so far otherwise.
- Improved user retention, leads conversion, and overall user satisfaction.
- Starting a weekly newsletter helped increase user satisfaction among our existing converted users.
- We convert a great deal of leads through our lead nurturing campaigns.
I have tried multiple email marketing software, including MailChimp, ConvertKit, CustomerIO, and HubSpot, but I really liked how CustomerIO solved our problem. They were all somehow solving our problem, but lacked a few things here and there. For instance, ConvertKit’s forte is newsletter emails and landing pages that it creates for you. It wasn’t a desiccated email software company. HubSpot was good, but with CustomerIO’s recent AI updates, I like it much better. Plus, support is impeccable.
