Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management
Through my previous employer, Cvent was used by the Special Events Department. It was used as a resource to find event venues that targeted the audience and purpose of different events.
- Details of various event spaces.
- Serves as a liaison with event spaces.
- Makes scheduling events easier.
- Lack of customization of cvent platform that works for our particular department.
- Customer service can be difficult. May be better to have a representative to be able to meet with in person.
- Difficult to go back and edit.
