Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management
We use Cvent for all sourcing worldwide. It is used by our entire organization and it is used by all associates. It is a fantastic tool for sourcing providing us with custom fields, great client reports, hundreds of thousands of site solutions for our clients. Helps us help our clients find the best locations for their events.
- Client reports - easy to read, update and customize for our clients.
- Mapping - love this option to be able to show clients exactly where their site options will be based on specific needs.
- Communications with partners - allows us to communicate with many at once versus email.
- Honestly, based on my experience so far, I can't think of a con or new idea for Cvent.
- Nothing but positive ROI as it allows me to prepare and present what my clients need to make the best decisions.
This would be non-applicable as I've only used Cvent.
