  • Flex - please roll out updates sooner, the need/request is there!!!
  • Customer service availability - I am often on hold for very long periods of time.
  • UX for website builds.
  • Analytics

Offers better integration with other platforms.
Reporting is great and overall UX could be improved. Flex is a step in the right direction.
