Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

Cvent is used organization-wide and is the foundation of our registration solution to our clients pre-event and on-site. It is pivotal in our reporting out registrant status and health of event prior to execution. We also heavily rely on the mass communication tools available in the Cvent suite.

  • HTML editor interface.
  • Cleaner refund process.
  • Sourcing off property venues for receptions and activities.
  • Data management.
  • Bulk actions with communication.
  • Onsite attendee management.
Industry-standard and widely known with venues and vendors.
Cvent is well suited for large to small meeting management. Scope and accessibility scale well in response to conference size. Cvent does not function well as a project management tool. There is no function to delegate tasks, review pending items and does not show an overall high-level project stage.
