Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management
Currently, I am the only manager using Cvent Event Management, however, it is allowing me to network with other people in the hospitality industry to get best practices on how to grow our current business. It allows us to find new and inventive ways to attract new clients and to keep existing clients.
- They keep people involved and working together. This always [makes] for more interactive networking capabilities.
- It rewards you for your time. This gives you an incentive to keep coming back.
- It recognizes you as an individual. This makes you feel personally involved and as though the company cares for you.
- Better rewards for your time. When reviewing for them, the breakdown of what you are offered is sometimes lacking.
I haven't really had an interaction with their customer support, so I don't necessarily feel qualified to give a rating here. However, in having worked with them so far and their attentiveness and responsiveness, I can only imagine it would be same when dealing with their support team or any other various department you would use.

It is well suited for someone who is looking to grow and expand their current business. They are constantly offering webinars that are joined and run by people just like you in the industry you are working in. I have been able to get at least a dozen new ideas for gaining new clients.
