Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

Cvent is primarily used by our meetings and incentives division. It is a great registration and event management tool. We utilize it for many things, including registration websites, surveys, reporting, budgeting, and mobile app integration.
  • User friendly.
  • Ability to contact customer service.
  • Always updating functionality.
  • Additional reporting functionality.
  • We have been able to offer several event technologies to clients to make their events operate more successfully.
There are many different options to contact them, and the support staff is always helpful. Some staff is more knowledgeable than others when it comes to troubleshooting, but you can tell they always want to help resolve your issues.
