Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

At our non-profit organization, we use Cvent to help manage the registrations for our events as well as keep track of our financials. We are able to create our registration websites through Cvent, and it helps make our attendee experience nice and convenient.
  • Registration websites.
  • Reports, such as attendee info and financials.
  • Processing payments.
  • Personally, I cannot think of any negatives.
  • Overall positive, as we are able to track attendance and market our events through Cvent.
I have only used Cvent.
Cvent reps are always available to help whether you're in your office or off-site at your event. Their Cvent Community is also a nice feature that lets you do research and communicate with other Cvent users to find answers to your questions.

Cvent is well-suited for any size event that you are planning on creating/hosting. You are able to personalize your registration websites to your liking, and their reporting system is very easy to navigate and use to create reports.
