- Cvent could improve options to identify what users made changes within the back end of the software.

We utilize Cvent overall because of its robust SMM module and ability to manage meetings strategically. Additionally we heavily use the sourcing component which is very comprehensive.
Cvent offers support in many ways. Their chat feature is very useful and quick. They are also very responsive to email question to our Client Success managers.
