Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

We use Cvent Event Management to orchestrate each of our in person or online learning events (conferences, seminars, etc). We use it for registration, session management, post event feedback, and issuing of education credits. It suits our needs because the objective of our organization is to serve the community with IT related education events.

  • Continuity and ease of use (do once, leverage many)
Cvent is a reliable company with very good customer service. The platform consistently gets better over time. We have been a long time customer so we see the evolution and improvements throughout that time. IT is easy to use and fits our needs very well. We accomplish our goals and our user community provides good feedback about the experience as well.

Anyone running events of varying scale (small to large) will benefit from using Cvent Event Management. It is a flexible and easy to manage platform. We have had several administrators over a 10+ year period and get a lot of value out of it. It processes payments very easily as well.
