Overall Satisfaction with D&B Hoovers

Sales and finance teams use this to check company information to confirm site existence and headquarter operations.
We use the D&B number as a unique company identifier.

This tool is also used to view the company operations in other countries and confirm which site is the headquarters and which are branches of a subsidiary.

Pros

  • View of company hierarchy
  • Easy to use site
  • intuitive

Cons

  • Printing reports could be easier
  • Ease of assessment of business entity
Company data is usually accurate but it does depend on inputs from the company directly so may not reflect change if it has not been reported to D&B
I have viewed this but have not found it useful for my needs
