Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our team uses Dashlane for tracking credentials used across multiple platforms and occasionally uses it for storing payment information. It solves the business problem of always hunting down credentials in our documentation and SOPs, reduces friction in workflows and helps our team move faster with day to day operations. The password generator is also very helpful for ensuring we're using strong passwords on our accounts.

Cons

Mobile has improved a lot, but still could be more integrated with Apple OS
The search function is frustrating - Can be hard to find a specific login when you have a lot of logins using the same email or username.
Sharing or exporting credentials would be nice feature to add - for non Dashlane users.

Usability

I have not used any other password managers other than built in managers on mobile and browser based password managers. Dashlane gives you more control and the ability to find credentials and share them much faster than these other methods. Dashlane also has better storage options for payment information than theses other options.

It's well suited for day to day use of logging in and out of websites and online accounts, for multiple different users and platforms. Payment integrations are also very helpful in the day to day. It's less suited for searching/finding credentials for a platform you haven't used in a while. The chrome extension is very helpful as well.
