Overall Satisfaction with DataMotion

The software we are using in our company is DataMotion. The IT team first commissioned this solution to encrypt emails and keep an organized track of important emails that needed a read notification. The use was intensified and started to be used by all employees in our location. I use it daily to encrypt company email[s] with sensitive content and privacy is mandatory. Emails can contain attachments and texts, and the tool can encrypt everything, where only the right person has access and reads safely.

Usability is great. In addition to encrypting emails, we have reports and control of all emails sent and received, as well as notifications and alerts for specific ones. We have integration with Exchange and Outlook and this helps to streamline activities.
We made the integration with Microsoft Exchange and Outlook. But not all users have joined and are using it.

We are satisfied with the implemented solution. Data and email security regardless of company size and size. DataMotion can be used by small to large companies. It is a reliable software that fulfills its purpose very well and has a great technical support to answer questions and solve problems.
