Overall Satisfaction with DataMotion

We have a zero trust policy for sources outside of our corp environment. Because customer data confidentiality privacy and security concerns are top of the list, we went with DataMotion after extensively testing products in this service realm. DataMotion Email Security is an easy and affordable solution. We have deployed DataMotion across multiple departments and locations.

The rollout for DataMotion was much easier and cost of implementation was less than other solutions. The usage scenario is easy to teach and employees are more accepting of the process than with other solutions. As far as secure email, DataMotion is the standard we use now.
The UI is a bit laggy when usage is heavy but I have no other complaints. Usability is simple and straight forward requiring very little instruction. The encryption process is simple, integration is seamless with Outlook, [and] provides overall reliable security for data sensitive communication.
The implementation process was fast, easy and logical and customer support is available and friendly. The process was actually much simpler than I had expected. Outlook integration is flawless and easy for end-users. Our employees required significantly less instruction that we expected and less than on other tested solutions. DataMotion Email Security integration is easy, enough said.

If you require zero Trust email security, DataMotion is a great fit. To be frank, most companies do not have a need for this level of security, but if you are one of those that do this, [it] is the right choice to make.
