Overall Satisfaction with DataMotion Secure Email
I work as a consultant/broker in employee benefits, working primarily with employers who self-fund medical benefits. My work often includes protected health information. All such information originating from within my company is transmitted via [DataMotion Secure Email].
- DataMotion Secure email is easily accessed through whatever email client you are using.
- DataMotion is simple to use for the recipients of a secure email, even if they are not DataMotion users.
- As a site-based platform, Datamotion can handle the transmission of very large files.
- If accessing sent emails from the Datamotion site, archiving or finding email traffic after-the fact can be daunting.
- being able to easily recall or resurrect an email sent months or years earlier is not easy & sometimes impossible.
- The cost of DataMotion's Secure Email is negligible compared to the security it provides.
- It is simple to set-up & start using.
- Does save time & money from personnel & office equipment points of view.
I am not familiar with API's. Perhaps this could address some of what I see as limitations of the service.
