Overall Satisfaction with DataMotion Secure Email

We use DataMotion to email patients information including x-rays, intraoral photos and treatment plans to other providers.

  • When uploading content/attachments, it sometimes takes a few minutes. Would be great if it would move along a bit quicker.

DataMotion provides a secure and easy file exchange. Attaching documents/images is as simple as just clicking the upload button and send. We know the content is secure and protected. The recepient of the email get clear directions on how to open the protected/secure email and downloading the images/content is a breeze.
DataMotion is extremely user friendly. It is as simple as logging in, creating an email, uploading the content and sending. The email/contents are sent/received instantly and the contents are secure.
DataMotion is extremely easy in all aspects. It is as easy as logging onto the website, creating an email with attachments and then just hit the send button. It's a no brainer.
Our organization does not benefit from the use of Api's.
This is a user-friendly system and I am extremely pleased with the service.
