My Experience with Datorama
Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
We use Datorama for all clients to visually show performance metrics, trends and KPI's on a monthly basis. This is being used across the agency. It allows the client to view these dashboards on an on-going basis which addresses any performance problems or questions they may have that the dashboard can answer.
Pros
- Visuals and graphs are user-friendly and help paint the picture of what we are trying to accomplish when showing to the clients.
- There are many ways to pull in performance metrics and make each dashboard unique in its own way.
- Very customizable and easy to share amongst clients and colleagues.
Cons
- Navigating in the interface to update connections and settings is a little confusing.
- Backend mapping amongst certain API's can be problematic if certain naming conventions are not properly followed.
- Winning new clients.
- Saving time on our agency's side to create on-going reports.
