Overall Satisfaction with Dayforce

. Dayforce is used for all of our HR tasks including payroll, employee documents, onboarding, performance reviews and hiring

Pros

  • Excellent onboarding function that makes it personal to your company
  • Once set up properly, payroll is automated and seamless
  • Employee profiles make it easy to see all key info at once

Cons

  • Reports can be a challenge as they are very complex to create
  • The mobile app has limited functions compared to desktop
  • Not all features of Dayforce are used for us as it is built for enterprise-level companies
  • Cut down our payroll processing time from 1.5 days to 5 hours
  • Enabled our hiring team to process 300+ resumes per month
  • Centralized data has enabled company-wide reports and analytics that would have been manual compilation before.

Dayforce is great for a mid-size growing company, or large company. It has immense capabilities to automate processes within HR. If we had less than 150 employees, it would not be worth it to build such a complex system.
