Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce HCM

We are using Dayforce across our whole organization. We went full involvement with the modules - WFM, Payroll, HR, Benefits, Recruiting, Self Service forms, Dashboards, Scheduling. It has helped us get one user record for employees across our organization and one spot for staff to look up information. It's also increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Payroll processing. It is a quick interface and no need to import records from other sources.
  • Dashboards. They provide a great look at organizational data.
  • Benefits. Simple easy to use interface for users to enroll.
  • Reporting - They are working on an upgrade but need to make it more open and not lock down filters and tables.
  • Load time on first log in - they are working on removing Silverlight but would be helpful to pull the components out before logging in.
  • More integration with recruiting and performance. They are newer modules but they need to be able to pull more information from existing employees.
  • More efficient
  • Time saver
  • Easier access to data
Much better visibility to data to compare to budget numbers for projections. Has also helped and given access to the data to more users since they don't have to worry about batch processing.
Using rules for eligibility requirements to have Dayforce notify and handle when users need to be notified.
The ability to have real time data from one record source has saved a large amount of time for our admin staff. We are able to produce the data when asked for quicker decisions and have the ability to forecast better.
Much more streamlined and easier to use.
Well suited for any size organization with complex rules. Especially geared for multi state and retail space but will work with any organization. Can be customized for multiple business process'.

Fantastic implementation team. Learn to trust them as they had our best interests in mind and wanted to make the system work for us while providing best practice knowledge.
Yes - We worked on the schedule of when we would go live on each module and it was based on how each module relates with one another.
Change management was a small part of the implementation and was well-handled - Ceridian set the standard for us now in regards to system implementation. The implementation team was fantastic and is the template for how we now look at implementations and changing our scope of projects.

  • In-person training
  • Self-taught
Was generic training and not specifically to our use case but covered each functional area.
Was generic training and not specifically to our use case but covered each functional area.
There is continual self training and education that is needed to stay current with the product but all the information is provided for us to so do.
