Overall Satisfaction with Deel

We use Deel to pay our staff, ensure they receive their commission, and ensure they have and receive all their tax documents for when they need to file their taxes. We use it for all of our employees, domestic and international, full-time and contract. It’s a great payment solution.

I find Deel great for safety, privacy, security, and reliability. However, the UX is not always easy to navigate, which can hinder use. They do have great support, but it’s needed because the analytics and reporting are not perfect. I have not heard too many complaints, though.
Deel was the best solution for our company size. It offered robust options for our diverse and unique work needs and was reliable and still affordable. We didn’t need all the suite of HE bells and whistles, and thus, it offered additional features without being too much for our team.

It’s great for any organization with 30 people or more and is good if you have unique cases, such as full-time and contract employees or if you have employees in other countries. It would be less ideal for early start-up companies or mom-and-pop shops with a couple of employees.
