Overall Satisfaction with DemandScience

We utilize DemandScience on behalf of our clients for lead generation purposes to help grow and improve revenue pipeline across a wide range of industries and company sizes and in multiple markets in EMEA. These range from standard marketing-ready leads to fully qualified sales-ready leads. All leads are web-first generated and then qualified through telemarketing when required.

  • The leads they have delivered have help achieve pipeline targets.

DemandScience is responsive when it comes to providing quotes, lead volumes, and pricing. Their response to queries always falls within our SLAs allowing us to feedback to our clients in a timely manner. The quality of their lead delivery and data upload is also good when compared to other vendors.
All vendors have their strengths and weaknesses. Due to the scale of activity we do on behalf of our clients, we tend to always use a basket of vendors to deliver the lead volumes we require. DemandScience is always on the preferred partner list and will thus be considered for all campaigns.

DemandScience is well-suited to use as a partner for larger-scale lead generation campaigns across multiple markets. Their data is robust and allows easy audience segmentation although this can be tricky in some of the smaller EMEA markets. The quality of their leads compares favorably with other leading vendors.
