Overall Satisfaction with DemandScience
We use demand science to generate leads for our ABM and Prospecting segments. My campaigns focus on small business and serving them helpful content to get them in our pipeline.
- We were able to generate 78 leads for our first report
- Communication: colleagues of mine had been and were running campaigns when I kicked mine off. So we decide to try them for my segment as well and I found the account manager and his manager to be pushy. We got several emails about getting the deal done quickly because the end of the month was approaching. That was very odd putting.
- Communication: I had to ask for our first lead report and to get confirmation on our campaign being live. That’s not my favorite thing.
- Lead Delivery: we got our first lead delivery but it didn’t include the information we needed.
- So far, we haven’t seen ROI but it’s very very early in the campaign. I’d say it’s comparable to our other channels in terms of time to ROI
